Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

HS 11379 (a) continued

Adding to the previous question, he is currently incarcerated, 1 prison prior, 2 striker. Currently Judge has readiness at 7 yrs with 1 strike striken. Most of the charges were dropped, even the DV since they know I called 911 since I felt it was an emergency. Drug history is on previous psych val. So either way felony? Even though first time charged on drug possession?

Two points:

1. Your belief that your own conduct isn't criminal isn't very helpful. You have said nothing about what actually happened, so there is no way to know whether you are right.

2. If you really haven't committed any crimes (or done anything that could reasonably have been misinterpreted as a crime) and if the people making these threats are not police officers, you probably aren't going to be arrested. Police officers don't make arrests just because their friends ask them to.
