HS Narcotic Possession
Stopped going to drug class and now have a felony Warrant, and this is first offense can I go to court and get reinstated without going to jail.

No perfect answer...you must be on some form of probation...PC1000, Prop 36, regular probation...also, unknown if you may have other violations? Best advice is to go to Court w/Counsel...the longer the FTA the greater the consequences could be. Or you could simply be arrested on the warrant...a failure to voluntarily come to Court could also be detrimental to the outcome.

You really have not provided enough information to give you a true answer to your question. It also depends on the County and other types of things. My suggestion is that you go to court with an attorney and do so as soon as possible. I would suggest contacting an attorney and have them contact the DA and see if something can be worked out. If you voluntarily go in rather than waiting to be picked up on the warrant you will have a better situation. I would suggest taking care of this asap.
