Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Whatever your religious beliefs may be, in my view the author of the Book of Revelation got it right. Someday real soon everyone will be required to be tattooed and/or microchipped.

I assume they will start with prisoners and mental patients; and then military members; and then it will be encouraged as "routine" (read mandatory) for children. Think of the children!

However, I'm not aware that any private or governmental entity is presently engaged in microchipping unconsenting adults. If you are aware of such a practice, I'd like to hear more.
