Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my husband was arrested for false imprisonment and domestic violence. he spent almost 4moths in jail already. he is still in jail. he wants to turn his own affidavit and my affidavit into as evidence. what he need to do to turn the affidavit in as evidence?

I'm not sure what you mean. In a criminal matter, testimony is usually needed, for a statement to come into evidence.
