my husband was arrested they said they had a warrant for this.666(a)/484(a)/488 PC F Theft with prior convictions. they said it's a felony. but he didn't know he did. it's petty theft. what kind of time is he looking at. he was arrested for what there complain is for

I cannot tell you how much time, if any your husband is looking at. It depends upon many issues including, the quality of his lawyer, his record, the county he was arrested in, the date of the occurrence, the DA, what side of the bed his judge woke up on, etc
