Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My husband is getting charged with PC647.6 misdemenor. He has never had a charge like this before I am worried and need to know if this charge will just consist of a fine or jail please help me we have three kids and I need him to be with us to get the bills paid?

This is much more substantial than just fines or some jail time.
He's being charged with annoying or molesting a child - a charge that carries the very real potential of jail time, but more importantly, registration as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
He needs a very good criminal attorney to represent him. In the mean time while you're looking for an attorney, he should not say anything to anyone about this except his attorney in a confidential setting.
