Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Help

This is all because of my husband. CPS took my kids and got a ticket and charge w/ 2 counts children indanger then later give a POSTIVE urine test. BENTF found items belonging to my husband.(1) 1x1 ziplock scrapy bag w/meth residue and marijuana bud in a jar. I have no criminal background. My appear in court is on march 6, 2009. What descion will be made and what will happen to me in court, am I going to do jail time, because I will lose my new job and my new home? And/or what should I take care and do before my appear in court? ''Am I getting my Kids back?

NO one on this site can answer your question. Much more information is needed. You should retain a attorney to represent you when you appear in court. If you do not have an attorney, appear in court and ask for a continuance to retain an attorney. Then immediately start looking or an attorney.
