Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Okay so me and my husband got in a fight and I went to the police where my friend pressured me to go where I filed a report and for him hitting me while holding my son which he pushed me off when me and my son where trying to hug him. Now we got a letter in the mail stating he has to appear n court for battery 1 misdemeanor cruilty to child endangerment health I have never been more scared in my entire life it was a bug accident what do I do or we do to get their dropped
