Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My husband just found out that he has a terriost threat on his record when his job did a background check, but he never went to jail for that, his past relationship with his kids mother and they had a demostic issue and she told the PD that he made a threat at her and he didn't, that case was dimissed, how can he get the removed from his record. He lost his good paying job because of it.
