Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My husband is in jail and I want to bail him out. I found some bails bonds men to help me bail him out. My only concern is this- if i bail him out and they decide to add charges or change his charge are they going to put him back in jail? I'm just worried that I will bail him out and they will add a charge and he will have to go back and I will have wasted my money. He wants to come out and fight his case and be able to go and visit lawyers. I would also love to have him home but can't afford to bail him out everytime they decide to add something or change something. Please help!!! Thank you.

Ask the bail bonds individuals what happens if charges are added. As more time passes, the less likely additional charges will be added.
I believe that your question can't be answered without knowing what charges he has been arrested for, and what are the possible additional charges that might be added. My main office is in Palmdale and I have been here 25 years. If you call me, and we discuss all the facts, as a former deputy district attorney and as a certified criminal law specialist, I will be able to give you a pretty good idea as to the possibilities, and what your options are. My number is 661-267-1313. Call, and my service will contact me, and I will get ahold of you. David Wallin
You need to speak to an attorney. It is not normal for a person to have charges added, and be arrested once out on bail, but it has happened.
