Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My husband was literally driving by a marijuana grow house &was; arrested& charged w cultivation, sales, & stealing of power. Granted he's friends w the guy who owns the house & does go over there, but NOTHING is in his name.we drove by the house & noticed cops @ the house next door, we kept on driving turned around & drove by the opposite direction,after the 2nd drive by the cops literally ran out into the & yelled for my husband to stop the truck & by gunpoint was removed from our vehicle etc. Upon entering the home police never had a search warrant& to enter knocked on the door & busted there way in & immediately arrested the people in the house. My husband was stopped after the fact. Can he legally be charged?/ have the case dismissed?

Yes, they may charge him if they think he has some connection to the grow house. Whether they can prove the case against him is another question. He should talk to an attorney as soon as possible.
