Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Husband was a passenger in a car w/a cracked windshield. He was arrested for narcotics (tiny amount prob too small to test), less than 1 ounce of marijuana, probation violation. bail= $25,000. Now its changed to remand rearrest for paraphenalia no bail. What will likely happen?

Nobody gets no-bail for what you described unless they are already on probation or parole, or unless they are under investigation for a far more serious crime.
