Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

my husband is in prison and he is not allowed contact visits with our daughter because he is a registered 220 and m647.6 for a past crime that happened 17 years ago. I need to get a court order for regular visits but I don't know what forms i need to file?

It is not a court form. He belongs to the Department of Corrections now. You need to speak to the prison liasion officer, at the prison where he is incarcerated. Many prisons have a website that explain what you need to do.
