Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my Husband did a robbery and i had no idea i was parked n he came running to my car so they got me to e both plead to 2 years prison with 85% my mom bailed me out n I'm trying to take my plea back so he has been in county all this time has not been sentence yet but his public defender told him he its not getting one day for 2 cuz he is doing 85% but he still not sentence is that right

If either of you is sentenced on a robbery, you'll do 85% because it is listed as a violent offense.
