Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My husband was sentenced in January & sent to state prison yesterday they sent him to.a federal prison so now the feds have taken over his case what does this mean ?

I don't really have enough information to answer your question. It may mean that the Feds have extra bed space and the state rented space from the Feds or it may mean that he is being charged with a Federal crime or it may mean . . .
