help!
my husband just got sentenced to state prision for 9 yearson the inmate info page it says custody release ! are they letting him out or what does it mean?

Sorry your husband is going to prison. "Custody release" only means he's being "released" from county jail to the custody of the Dept. of Corrections. Be sure and have him send you a visiting form the minute he gets there.
