My husband testified wrongful information during a pre trial. He wants to be truthful now and come forward. Will there be consequences for his actions and what should he do next?

He should contact an attorney and discuss the matter, before he talks to anyone, including you or his family. He could be charged with perjury and sent to prison.

Mr. Johnson is right. Your husband is in a very difficult situation that could easily get worse for him. There's no easy answer to your question. An experienced criminal attorney can help him deal with it. On his own, though, he could easily get himself into even more serious trouble.
