Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

How do you know to identify a wobbler?

If a code states punished by imprisonment in the state prison, that means felony & no wobbler. What if the judge sentences the person to a county jail? Does that now become a wobbler?

It is a felony. Only those penal code sections that allow the district attorney to charge the crime as either a felony or misdemeanor are wobbles.
