Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Is it illegal if a person comes to my house and brings their cop friend and tries to make me feel threaten or scared because he's has a higher power.Or any means by just having the cop there?

You don't have to let him in your home if he does not have a warrant. This rule applies regardless of whether he is on duty, or in plain clothes. If someone is using a police officer to intimidate you to gain some advantage in a civil suit, I suggest contacting the Internal Affairs for that peace officer's department, and report them for extortion and intimidation. That should clear up the matter real quick.
