Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Is it illegal to provide a foot fetish session for money? i.e. foot massage, foot kissing. Is it considered a form of protitution? Nothing that is literally sexual (like oral sex or intercourse) is going on. I live in Los Angeles and i am on probation and I don't want to violiate it.

This oversimplifies things a bit, but to the law prostitution essentially means performing a lewd act for money (or something else of value) in order to gratify one of the participants or the source of the payment.

The law's definition of "lewd act" is a bit nebulous. Your concept of "literally sexual" also seems a bit nebulous, and I would bet that the two are not the same. But without knowing specifically what you do, there's no way I can give you a reliable answer.
