Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

illegal search?

if an officer detains you as the passener of a vehicle, demands that you give him your purse after you have told him NO 4 times. (no probation or parole), then just reaches over you and grabs the purse. (no visual leading him to believe anything was in purse).

You get arrested, after the cop takes your 1300 monthly allowance you just cashed as evidence. No complaint is filed, free to go 3 days later.

Every time this cop sees you he pulls you over. Then if you dont let him search your property he impounds your car!

HELP!

i have witnessee these guys violating the rights of so many who are not educated in the rights that we are due according to the 4th amendment. What do I do? How do I get my money back (the Trustee for the Estate that pays me faxd a letter validating my cash source.) There has to be something that can be done about a bully cop!

Re: illegal search?

The first step is to go to the police station and (1) make a formal request for your property and (2) ask for a citizen complaint form and fill it out in detail. Ask to speak to the watch commander about the officer. Good luck.
