illegal search
police officers search my house without a search warrent & found some illegal substance. but they had the right to search
because someone in the garage was on searchable probation. but
that person is not the owner of the house. can i be charge for
that?

It is very probable that you will be charged with possession of the illegal substance. You should not talk with the police regarding this matter. If charges are filed then you should retain an attorney to file a motion to suppress the illegal substance.
