illegal search and sesiours

can a city police officer execute searchwarrent in county jurisdiction, detaine, arrest, and transport suspect for law violations commited in county jurisdiction. Or should he be transported by a county sheriff officer.

Police can execute a valid warrant anywhere in the state. If your home was searched by police from another jurisdiction but their warrant was valid and their search did not exceed what the judge had authorized, you probably can't do anything about it.
