Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
illegal search and siezure
I believe I was arrested after the illegally search my persons and my car. They did not have probable cause. I also believe the officer that arrested me is using items of mine that are supposed to be in my eviedence for personal use. Is that illegal? How do I know for sure if my thoughts are correct or not? Please help me and give me some facts to confirm my thoughts, so I know if can fight my case. Thank You
