illegally hooking up residential utilities
i wondered what the fines are for illegally hooking up locked out utilities in the state of california.. Fine for electric, gas, telephone, water. thank you so much for your time i hope you can answer my question if you can give me the law numbers also that would be wonderful

You can look up California law at www.leginfo.ca.gov . If you are considering stealing utility service, the simple answer is: It isn't worth it.
