1 Answer from Attorneys
You need to speak as soon as possible with an attorney who handles false arrest and false imprisonment cases against the government. This is a tricky legal area that is riddled with special rules and in some cases the police have immunity. It is something an attorney is going to have to consult on and get all the facts before you start.
