Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
incest
My Uncle has been blackmaling me for over 10yrs, making me have sex with him. he has pics of me, video tapes, cd roms, & I cant live with it any more. I hate him. I want to sue him. One thing he had over me is void, the other thing I don't care about any more. I need to know what to do? He has ruined me. I want his wife to know what he has been doing, and I want to sue him for all of the emotional damage he has caused me. I have no money for a lawyer. He is a sherriff. I have felt trapped, and sick for too long.
