Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Is this incest? My wife (soon to be ex-wife) is now sleeping and living with my sister in laws brother. They are not blood related. Martial ties? Yes. Is this a crime in California?

This doesn't make any sense. Your sister in law would either be your sister or brother's wife, or your wife's sister. If they are not related, it is not incest.
