indecent exposure to camera

I know that a man can't expose himself in public, but what about exposing himself in front of a camera monitoring traffic, wildlife or other such survey? I have identifiable images of a kook who does this repeatedly.

I would contact your local newspaper or TV station.

There was this creep who exposed himself to NYC subway riders until someone captured his mug on a cell phone camera. The guy's picture was published in the paper, and he was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
