how much time can a person get if found guilty and has one strike for the followig charges 245 (a) (1) and a 12022.7
this was a night in which the victim and the accused were both intoxicated and got into a spat that landed the accused with the following charges

Without the strike you could be looking at 8-10 years. With the strike I don't even want to go there. Do you have legal representation?
