Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Under the influence of controlled substance/resisting arrest; Was in my own home heard people walking and talking on my roof, saw 4 people in my attic didn't know if they were cops, got my cell and my pistol called 911, when i open the garage the police were already there, I did not resist I simply was setting my phone on the ground and was tackled to the ground. I need help I don't do this regularly in fact it has been more than 6 years. How can I get clear of these charges I guess they didn't charge me for the gun.
