Depends on your past record...if any, without more, you could get diversion, prop 36, probation, jail, fines. Talk with counsel.

Depends on your prior record, type of drugs, other pertinent facts, as well as what court your in.

You can expect anything from a diversion program with probation...to jail time, depending on the answer to those questions.
