Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

If im on informal probation will there be a problem with me being with my girlfriend on formal probation im also a documented gang member are they gonna give her a hard tim she is in drug court too thanks

I can see it being a problem if either of the probation terms for you two involve staying away from users of drugs or gang members.

You need to check your conditions of probation that you signed at the time you were placed on probation.
