Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Infraction 4 Trespassing=20 hours fine and 3 years Conditional Probation?

I plead not guilty to PC 602.8 and represented myself. Lost and was fined 20 hours community service, fine, but then the judge added on 3 years Conditional Probation. Tomorrow at 8:30am, i'm appealing with a motion to remove probation. much more details, but can I even go in thinking there was no fear of probation or jail and end up like this?
