Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

my friend went out with a girl on their first date. the girl got too drunk and fell and was knocked out cold. he helped her up and took her home. he was turned off by her action on their first date and decided to not to see her again. the girl, not remembering what happend and bitter about his rejection, goes to the police and they call him to tell him he might be arrested for domestic violence. what should he do.

Your friend should contact a local criminal attorney and not speak with the police until he receives legal advice. If he waits until the DA decides to press charges, it will be much more stressful and expensive for him. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact my office.
