Innoncent man arrested for murder
If someone was a suspect in a murder case but there wasnt any solid evidence that can prove it was the supsect then how long would they keep them in county for?

Apparently the district attorney does not share your evaluation of the evidence. If the district attorney thought that there was no evidence that the the defendant committed the murder.
