possible insurance fruad
was called last night and told there was possible insurance fraud aginst me. If brought to trial what is the likely out come. the car was burned

Insurance fraud is a felony; a very serious charge that could get you jail or prison time. Note that insurance companies are often very thorough in establishing a fraud case before it is given to the DA, which makes these types of cases exceptionally difficult to beat. If someone told you you are suspected of insurance fraud, get a lawyer; make no statements to the police or the insurance company without a lawyer present.
