Internet casino fraud

How do i get an attorney to fight a internet casino that defrauded me out of over 1,500 because a minor child used my information and credit cards to gamble on line. hELP

You might try to dispute the debt first with the casino and then your credit card company. Internet gambling is a hot issue right now and some credit card companies have taken steps to block authorization of credit card use at internet casinos. These transactions probably violate US law. It is likely that the credit card company will credit your account for the illegal charges, especially since you didn't authorize them.
