Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
INTP meaning?
in general terms:
In a court case status, what does ''intent not to prosecute'' mean besides the obvious meaning?
Does it mean the case has been dropped? Does it mean it's closed? What are the chances of the case reopening?

Re: INTP meaning?
Your question lacks a lot of information. Court case Status? is that what you meant to say? I have not heard that phrase before. In a civil case they have Civil Case Status Report but that would have nothing to with anything related to the "intent" with regards to the District Attorney deciding to prosecute or not. Instead of attempting to guess at what you mean I am going to suggest that if you were appointed a public defender ask your public defender what it means? If the DA is not bringing a case against you in court ask them what it means? If all else fails ask a court clerk or someone who works in admin at the court what it means.
Good Luck
