What crimes are committed by someone placing video and audio equipment in your residence, car, and place of employment without your consent?

If the premises are yours and the surveilance equipment is anothers and not authorized by you to be on your premises, civil and criminal actions for trespassing are appropriate. Also, a civil action for invasion of privacy is proper and certain criminal codes my be violated regarding privacy.
