Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i am involved in an IEP for my son and there are about 8 other members. Recently i disagreed with an manifestation determination and met with one of the members .At this meeting i found out that the person i was talking with will be one of the board members,and i have to go in front of board for a discipline hearing and the panel consist of people from our IEP team. Is this fair or legal?
