Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was involved in a marijuana co-op in los Angeles California and was part of an investigation that lead to my arrest and others in Aug 08. I am accused of cultivation, poss, money laundering (14 counts), grand theft (for stolen power that has nothing to do with me, bills in other person name, but they charged me with it), and tax evasion. They want to put me in prison for high single digits. I am going to see a judge for early disposition in a month, is it likely that I could get a suspended sentence or house arrest with the DAs position has harsh as it is? Others go 90 days house arrest with 3 year suspended sentence (only charged with cultivation and poss) and the other 180 days house arrest for poss, money laundering, tax evasion.
