Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was involved in a road rage incident where I lost it and got out of my car and hit a guy's side window with my fist. No phygical confrontation, I just hit the guy's window out of anger as I turned away and got back in my car. If he were to report to the police, would I possibly get arrested?
there was no visible damage to the car, and the guy never got out of the car
