Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Iv been charged with 11370.1 & 25400(a)(1) & 25850 along with 4 other misdemeanor are any of the felonies wobblers the public defender told me take we 8f the felonies and they will dismiss 4 of the misdemeanors should ask them 17.b and 1203.4 they never offered me the opinion
