is the a way not to go to jail when a no bail warrant has been issued for not competing sheriffs work project

You may be able to get the warrant recalled and get additional time to complete what you were supposed to do, but it depends on the facts of your case, whether you had prior extensions, etc.. Apparently, the judge has issued a no bail warrant, so if you get picked up, you cannot post bail and will sit in jail until you see the judge. Better to be proactive, talk to your lawyer and get in front of a judge to get the warrant recalled and get started fixing things.
