I can't tell from your question if your boyfriend is now going to court for just violating probation (that's the 1203.2 - an allegation he violated probation) on those other two charges or if these are new charges and he's also on probation for another case that he's now in violation of.

What he'll actually get depends on if they can prove the case against him, if he's eligible for a program of some sort and whether or not he's on probation. It also depends on the facts of the case, his record, the judge, the DA and to some extent, his attorney.

Your best help for your boyfriend would be to get him an attorney to sort this all out.
