how much jail time can one get for soliciting A PROSTITUTE ..misdamenor no previous record

In all probability you won't get jail time, but you could pick up a criminal record that could seriously mess up your job prospects or otherwise interfere with your life for years to come. Better to fight the charges and get the charge changed to disorderly conduct, or preferably beat it entirely. Feel free to call if in LA or OC.
