Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
jewelry
How do I prove that my son did anything to the ring? He told me that he had nothing to do with the ring being switched. And made a valid point of the ring being with other family members during the 25 year span. It could have been the person before him or the one before. I never had it checked or looked at since the ring was made nor had it checked when it went from one person to another. Is there away for me to find the jeweler who switched the diamonds or made the copy?

I assume this is a follow-up question to the one you already posted.
In order to prevail in any civil suit and/or criminal case, you would need to prove it was your son that was responsible for switching the diamonds. For all we know, he took it in for cleaning and a jewelry store did the switch.
I understand your dilemma, but you've got an uphill battle to prove wrongdoing by any particular person.
