The Judge denied my 18 year old son's request to seal his juvenile record.
Is the sealing very important, and if so, what action should he take next?

The big question I would have is why was the petition denied. That is the first place to look, because maybe his petition was not properly filled out, and needs to be refiled correctly.

He shouldn't have denied it.
Did he say why?
