Can a judge make someone over 18 years old move back home with parents because they were getting into trouble?

Britney Spears' dad was appointed as her conservator, so I suppose the answer is yes.
Other than that, I am not aware that a judge can order someone over 18 to live with their parents. If you are subject to such an order, be sure and file a timely notice of appeal.
There are lesser alternative punishments, such as incarceration.
